Phase I (currently underway, completion spring 2010): The renovation and re-development of The Kolstrand building, including a new roof top addition, will provide 16,000 square feet of desirable mix-use rental space (e.g., office, restaurant). The company will maintain ownership and management of the building during Phase I.

Phase II (to begin fall 2010): New construction of 10,000 square feet of work/loft units over 16-stall structured parking unit will commence once Phase I is fully activated and permanent finance is in place.

Phase I & II are permitted.
